    whether the following is eligible for HM promotion

    SA Hindi 2000, passed 1) Gazetted 2) Accounts tests
    SSC+bhushan+vidwan+Hpt+MA hindi

    as per existing go's one should have studied 10+2+3 and BED with dept. tests or age relaxation so the above candidate is not eligible for PGHM post.
